Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dal
  • Onion & Tomato
  • Garlic & Green Chili
  • Turmeric & Red Chili Powder
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Butter or Ghee
  • Fresh Coriander

Method

Boil the dal until soft. Prepare a flavorful tadka using butter, cumin, onion, garlic, and spices. Mix it with the cooked dal and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
