Ingredients
- 1 cup Dal
- Onion & Tomato
- Garlic & Green Chili
- Turmeric & Red Chili Powder
- Cumin Seeds
- Butter or Ghee
- Fresh Coriander
Method
Boil the dal until soft. Prepare a flavorful tadka using butter, cumin, onion, garlic, and spices. Mix it with the cooked dal and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
